The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) awarded CoventBridge (USA), Inc. a 5-year contract effective July 13th, 2021. The Total Contract Value is $41,251,532 and authorizes CoventBridge to conduct nationwide investigations of retailers accepting Supplemental Nutrition Assistance (SNAP) benefits and validate compliance with the program requirements. Actions resulting from violations found during these investigations help prevent and deter fraudulent activities within Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, the largest federally funded nutrition program serving over 37 million individuals with monthly grocery benefits. As a result, CoventBridge, working with the FNS, helps ensure the program benefits reach individuals and families for whom they are intended.
