Ms. Bongiovanni comes to CoventBridge from in-house legal counsel roles at Wounded Warrior Project, a leading veterans service organization, and Adecco Group NA, a multinational staffing firm. As in-house legal counsel, Ms. Bongiovanni drafted and negotiated agreements, managed organizational risk and implemented corporate compliance policies and procedures. Prior to her in-house roles, Ms. Bongiovanni was an associate attorney with Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP, specializing in ERISA and employee benefits matters. With a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor degree from The Florida Coastal School of Law, Ms. Bongiovanni is a member of the Florida Bar. “I am honored to be a part of CoventBridge Group’s dynamic and knowledgeable executive management team.
